At Noble Bloom we want you to feel confident about your purchase when you try our products for the first time. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to new customers who purchase one of our package deals.

We believe in the quality of our products and we hope you will be as happy with them as so many others. But if, contrary to expectations, it is not something for you, we will of course help you.

Who can use the guarantee?

The satisfaction guarantee only applies to first-time buyers who have ordered a package deal . If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the unopened bottles for a full refund.

How to do it

  1. Please send us an email at info@noblebloom.eu before sending anything back.
    We must first approve that the conditions are met.

  2. Once you have received the green light from us, you can send the unopened bottles back.
    Note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  3. Once we have received and checked the returned goods, we will refund the amount for the unopened products.

Important to know

  • The guarantee only applies once and only for first-time purchases.

  • You must have used the product regularly for at least 2 weeks.
  • Opened bottles cannot be refunded.

  • You may not return anything before you have contacted us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the guarantee is abused.
