You can pay with Visa, Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay, etc. The payment is reserved on your card when you have completed the order.

Delivery

All goods are stored in an external warehouse in order to offer fast shipping to all Noble Bloom's customers within the EU.

If the order is received before 2:00 PM on weekdays, the package will be shipped the same day.

We typically deliver within 1-4 business days, depending on which shipping option the buyer chooses.

Delivery times may be extended during weekends and holidays.

Unfortunately, Noble Bloom does not currently sell to the following countries:

• Countries outside the EU.
• Sweden (This page sells full-spectrum products with up to 0.2% THC, according to Swedish law, CBD products are only legal with a content of 0% THC).
• Romania (This site sells full-spectrum products with up to 0.2% THC; according to Romanian law, CBD products are only legal with a content of 0% THC).

Free shipping / Free delivery

All orders over 800kr are shipped without shipping costs, this only applies to deliveries to Danish addresses.

Return

If your package is sent back to us, for example due to failure to pick up, we will only send the package again after the new shipping has been paid, otherwise the money will be transferred back if this is desired.

Right of complaint and complaints instructions:

As a customer at Noble Bloom, you always have the right to complain about a product that has defects or deficiencies that were present when the product was sold.
The right of complaint is valid for 2 years and covers manufacturing and material defects.

If you as a customer wish to make a complaint, this must generally be done within 2 months of a fault or defect in a product being discovered. Please therefore be careful to inspect your products upon receipt.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased on our webshop. When using the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days of the notified use of the right of withdrawal.
The postage is not refunded if the purchase is cancelled.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you can get a return label for the return shipment through Noble Bloom. When returning, the buyer pays for the shipping. If the buyer wants to be responsible for returning the package themselves, it is recommended that you choose a shipment with tracking to ensure a smooth and fast processing.

All returns must be approved by Noble Bloom before the goods are sent back.
You must contact customer service at email: info@noblebloom.eu before returning the goods.

A copy of the invoice must be attached as well as the registration and account number for the bank account where the money is to be refunded.
You will receive the money no later than 10 business days after returning the item, provided that the item is unopened and in its original condition.
If the product has been used, the right of withdrawal is waived.

Privacy Policy

When you shop on the website, you provide the following:

Name, address, e-mail and mobile number.
The above data is stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year.

At the end of the 5-year period, the information will be deleted.
The information is stored for that period in accordance with the law and is deleted after that.
